I just had to take a moment and write you about the staging of our home. As you know, you were referred to me by one of my friends. Frankly, I hadn't heard o staging. My friend raved about what you had done to stage her home and all but insisted I contact you. Well, I am so glad I did!

You came in with so many great ideas and I thought my house already looked pretty good! But your phrase" how you live in a house and how you sell it are two different things" really hit home. My house looked so great when you were done with it that I was almost tempted to stay! ALMOST!!! the house was on the market for two days, shown 5 times and ended with a bidding war between 2 prospective buyers.
