Our professional Staging Consultation is a one-hour, room-by-room analysis of a property that evaluates each room’s best features as well as identifies its “challenges” and curb appeal. After our walk-through, we talk to you about what your property's best features are and what "challendes" you may have. We discuss the benefits of Home Staging and what services we believe would be best suited for your needs.
Staging Report
Our Staging Plan is perfect for the “do it yourselfer” who wants easy to follow instructions to Stage their home themselves. More importantly, the homeowner who is confident that they have the time, expertise and resources available to properly prepare their house with our expert guidance.
Our Staging Report includes a complete and thorough walk through of your property - from the driveway to each doorway - evaluating the best features as well of identifying the "challenges" of each space. The Staging Report includes a checklist of our professional recommendations that will put your home in its best showcase condition.
Custom Staging and ReDesign
Our Custom Staging and ReDesign service is designed for the homeowner who wants a "STAGED" house but would rather leave the work to the experts. We declutter, pack it up, and then move onto rearranging the furniture and adding accessories. We customize each room by using your own furniture and accessories.
Furniture Rentals
From own expansive inventory of furniture, we create a "model home" look with our beautiful selection of quality furnishings, accessories and fine linens. Our furniture rentals allow you to furnish one room or a whole house. We offer competitive pricing and packages.
